Unser neuer PUR-Schmelzklebstoff wurde f\u00fcr das Kaschieren von Textilien in der Automobilindustrie entwickelt. Au\u00dferdem gibt es eine neue Reihe nachhaltiger Schmelzklebstoffe<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Waschbar und weiche Haptik<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Der neue pur Schmelzklebstoff erf\u00fcllt hohe Anforderungen an Waschbest\u00e4ndigkeit und weiche textile Haptik, seine Verarbeitungstemperatur liegt zwischen 105 und 145 \u00b0C. Es l\u00e4sst sich problemlos in bestehende Prozesse integrieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es kann f\u00fcr Verklebungen bei der Herstellung von Matratzen und Polsterbez\u00fcgen, Automobilanwendungen, Medizintextilien, Schutzkleidung, Bau- und Bautextilien, abrasiven Materialien, Reinigungstextilien, Geotextilien und praktisch allen g\u00e4ngigen Textilkaschierungsanwendungen eingesetzt werden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reduzieren Sie den Einsatz fossiler Materialien<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aufgrund der nachwachsenden Rohstoffe in seiner Klebstoffformulierung ist es besonders f\u00fcr Hersteller interessant, die den Einsatz fossiler Rohstoffe in Herstellungsprozessen reduzieren wollen. Bei den aktuellen Technologien ist dies ein schrittweiser Prozess.
