Bunnen av EVA smeltelim er:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>EVA-polymer<\/li><li>En klebrigharpiks<\/li><li>En voks<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vanligvis er applikasjoner for EVA smeltelim:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Papirkonvertering<\/li><li>(Mat) emballasje<\/li><li>Bokbinding<\/li><li>Trebearbeiding<ul><li>Kantbinding<\/li><li>Laminering<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Produktmontering<ul><li>Hvitevarer<\/li><li>Automotive<\/li><li>Madrasser<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Merking<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>EVA smeltelim er:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>enkel \u00e5 h\u00e5ndtere<\/li><li>muliggj\u00f8r maskinstopp og enkel omstart<\/li><li>rask: kort kompresjonstid p\u00e5 omtrent 1 sekund (emballasje)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>I serien emballasje, papirkonvertering og noen trebearbeidingsapplikasjoner erstattes ofte EVA smeltelim med polyolefine, disse har f\u00f8lgende fordeler:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Gjennomsiktig, fargel\u00f8s<\/li><li>Luktfri<\/li><li>Mer termostabil<\/li><li>Lim til et bredere utvalg av underlag<\/li><li>\u00d8kt frost- og varmebestandighet<\/li><li>Kan v\u00e6re mer \u00f8konomisk<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For trebearbeiding og produktmontering kan EVA smeltelim erstattes av polyuretan smeltelim, fordelene med polyuretan (PUR) smeltelim er:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Bedre (kjemisk) binding til overflater<\/li><li>Bedre motstandsdyktig mot vann og kjemikalier<\/li><li>Bedre motstand mot varme og kulde<\/li><li>Kan p\u00e5f\u00f8res ved lavere temperaturer, omtrent 120 grader celsius.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Men likevel varer fordelene med EVA smeltelim, mot l\u00f8semiddelbaserte lim HMA er mer milj\u00f8vennlige, mot vannbaserte lim EVA er raskere, og ovennevnte polyolefin og PUR-smelting, generelt EVA-baserte smeltelim er billigere.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>EVA hot melt adhesives are generally the first generation of the hot melt range of adhesives.
