Den p\u00e5f\u00f8res i smeltet tilstand og blir sterkere med avkj\u00f8ling til romtemperatur. P\u00e5 grunn av den h\u00f8ye forskjellen mellom p\u00e5f\u00f8ringstemperatur, vanlig rundt 160 \u00b0 C, og romtemperatur, 20 \u00b0 C, er smeltelim hurtiginnstilt<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ved hjelp av denne funksjonen er det viktig \u00e5 vite om kritiske egenskaper og parametere for smeltelim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">STANDARDVARMT SMELTLIM ER TERMOPLASTISKE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De fleste smeltelimene er basert p\u00e5 EVA eller PO (Polyolefine, Metallocene). I de fleste formuleringer inneholder disse limene en betydelig mengde klebriggj\u00f8rende harpikser og voks. Tackifier harpikser vil forbedre vedheft og den gr\u00f8nne styrken til et lim. Voks tilsettes for det meste for \u00e5 redusere viskositeten for applikasjonsform\u00e5l, og gj\u00f8re den endelige smeltingen raskere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Noen andre termoplastiske kvaliteter kan v\u00e6re PolyAmide eller PolyEsther smeltelim. Disse typiske karakterene er vanligvis ikke en blanding av polymerer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">REAKTIVT VARMT SMELTLIM (PUR)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>PUR smeltelim kombinerer hurtiginnstillingen o smeltelim med den holdbare bindingen til et herdende lim. De fleste reaktive smeltelimene er basert p\u00e5 PUR (polyuretan). Polyuretanlim er ikke en typisk blanding, men mer en polymer med noen mindre tilsetningsstoffer som vedheftningsfremmende midler, antioksidanter, UV-stabilisatorer og flammehemmere. Disse tilsetningsstoffene kan tilf\u00f8re verdien til bindingen der det allerede var behov for en PUR-smeltemasse for \u00e5 skape en mer holdbar binding. En spesiell gruppe reaktive smeltelim er POR smeltelim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">TEMPERATURINFLUENSER OG INNSTILLINGER<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Temperatur er en veldig viktig parameter for smeltelim. Temperaturen p\u00e5 selve smeltelimet er viktig for \u00e5 gj\u00f8re en god p\u00e5f\u00f8ring og maskinl\u00f8pbarhet. Substratets temperatur kan v\u00e6re for h\u00f8y, noe som kan f\u00f8re til langsom herdehastighet eller til lav, noe som kan resultere i d\u00e5rlig binding. I tillegg kan bindinger som oppn\u00e5s ved smeltelim p\u00e5virkes av h\u00f8ye eller lave temperaturer. Ved h\u00f8ye temperaturer kan obligasjoner bli mer fleksible og til slutt til og med mislykkes. For termoplastisk smeltelim kan kritiske temperaturer variere typisk fra + 40 \u00b0 C til + 90 \u00b0 C, selvf\u00f8lgelig avhengig av den anvendte smeltegraden. Kritiske temperaturer kan ogs\u00e5 m\u00f8te fra -40 \u00b0<strong>C<\/strong>&nbsp;opp til + 5 \u00b0 C, fordi smeltelim kan miste fleksibilitet og derfor lett sprekk og l\u00f8s vedheft til underlag<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">TYPISKE PARAMAT\u00d8RER FOR VARMT SMELTLIM<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De fleste typiske parametrene for smeltelim er smeltepunkt og viskositet. Dette er standardparametere som er nevnt p\u00e5 datablad.
