New Flat lamintion PUR hot melt adhesives

PR3000 is a Reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive for flat lamination that bonds on plastic surfaces like PE. It provides a Long open time and High initial tack – Good adhesion properties FIELDS OF APPLICATION Production of sandwich elements and assembly.

TECHNICAL DATA Base PUR HM Viscosity, Brookfield (ASTM D3236) approx. 4000 mPas @ 140°C Open time approx. 15 min (test method on 120 µm hot melt film) Curing time approx. 3 days (depending on temperature and humidity conditions) INSTRUCTIONS OF USE Room and materials temperature >15 °C Application temperature 100 – 140 °C HMK 3000 is a moisture curing hot melt. Therefore it is delivered in moisture proof containers; storage must be done under dry conditions. When bonding moisture-free substrates, i.e. PVC/PVC, PVC/Al, …, ambient relative humidity must be >50%. COLORS AVAILABLE Natural. CLEANING In case of long term stops we recommend to clean the parts of the application units, which are in contacts with the adhesive, by using our special cleaner. STORAGE 12 months in original sealed containers under dry and cool conditions. PACKAGING Kg. 1,8 cartridges – kg. 180 drums. SAFETY It contains isocyanates.
